Lunar New Year Dumpling Making Workshop with Phoenix Bean Tofu

Gung Hay Fat Choy! Celebrate the upcoming Lunar New Year at our hands-on dumpling making workshop with Phoenix Bean Tofu.
Jenny Yang, Owner and Founder ofPhoenix Bean Tofu, will teach a step-by-step workshop on how to make vegetarian tofu dumplings using pre-made dumpling wrappers and local produce and products from Green City Market vendors, plus share a taste of a veggie soy bean noodle dish. Jenny will also share the cultural significance of Lunar New Year and why both of these dishes play an important role during the holiday. Attendees will get to take home a set of 8 dumplings, mini bamboo steamer, and lucky red envelope to celebrate at home.
