Garlic Scape Pesto

  • 1 cup garlic scapes, cut into 1″ pieces
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1/3 cup walnut pieces
  • 1/2 cup crumbled goat feta
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt


Blend garlic scapes, basil and olive oil in food processor. Add remaining
ingredients and blend until smooth. Add more salt to taste.
