Garlic Scape Pesto

Ingredients:
- 1 cup garlic scapes, cut into 1″ pieces
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/3 cup walnut pieces
- 1/2 cup crumbled goat feta
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
Directions:
Blend garlic scapes, basil and olive oil in food processor. Add remaining
ingredients and blend until smooth. Add more salt to taste.
