Stone Fruit Salsa

Makes 2-3 servings


  • 2 large peaches, halved and pitted*
  • 1/4 small red onion
  • 1 lime, halved crosswise
  • 1/8-1/4 tsp salt


With your adult assistant nearby, carefully chop peaches into 1/2 inch chunks. Finely chop red onion. In a medium bowl, combine peaches and red onion and toss gently. Juice lime and tear or cut cilantro into small pieces. Add lime juice, cilantro and salt to a bowl. Toss gently to combine. Enjoy with tortilla chips!

*Try using nectarines, plums, apricots or a comnination of these stone fruits in your salsa!
