Herbed Goat Cheese Crostini

Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Chevre*
- 2 oz. cream cheese
- 2 chives*
- 1/2 small leaf lemon sorrel*
- 1 garlic scape, minced*
- 1 baby cucumber*
- 4 French breakfast radishes*
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 thinly sliced baguettes or crackers*
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine Chevre and cream cheese.
Finely chop and snip chives, lemon sorrel, and garlic scapes. (You will only want to use the tops of the garlic scapes for thsi recipe. The lower section can get a little woody, so they are better when grilled or blended into a pesto or hummus!)
Add the fresh herbs to the cheese mixture. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Set aside.
Thinly slice cucumbers and radishes.
To assemble, spread a thin layer of cheese mixture on your favorite sliced baguette or cracker. Top with sliced veggies. Enjoy!
