Soups & Sides
- 2 cups cooked chickpeas
- 1 heaping tbsp of tahini (optional)
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp of za’atar, cumin, or curry spice mix
- 1 lemon, juiced
- ¼ cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Yields: 2 cups
- Add all ingredients into the food processor, except for olive oil. Pulse until combined.
- While the food processor is running, drizzle in olive oil until it all comes together into a thick dip. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with extra spices on top.
