  • 2 cups cooked chickpeas
  • 1 heaping tbsp of tahini (optional)
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp of za’atar, cumin, or curry spice mix
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Yields: 2 cups


  1. Add all ingredients into the food processor, except for olive oil. Pulse until combined.
  2. While the food processor is running, drizzle in olive oil until it all comes together into a thick dip. Season with salt and pepper. 
  3. Serve with extra spices on top.
