Bio
Sydni Brown, originally from North Carolina, holds a degree in Strategic Communications and Communications Design from Elon University.
Before joining Green City Market as Communications Manager in March 2026, Sydni was a Digital Content Coordinator at a Chicago-based nonprofit. She brings over four years of experience in nonprofit communications and social media management, with additional work in influencer marketing and trend analysis.
Sydni is drawn to the stories behind people and places, and cares deeply about using social media as a tool to share those stories and build connection across communities.
Outside of work, you can find her exploring secondhand shops, making crafts with friends, cooking new recipes, and tending to her ever-growing collection of plants.
