Florence joined Green City Market in 2025 and supports the Edible Education program. With a background in culinary arts and community-based food programs, she is passionate about working at the intersection of sustainable agriculture, food access, and education. In her free time, she loves exploring new foods and restaurants, spending time in nature, and curling up with a good sci-fi book.
