Boo Kwang Kim began his career at Chicago’s Spring Restaurant under the tutelage of seasoned restaurateur Chef Shawn McClain before moving on to The Little Goat, where he established himself as Sous Chef to Chef Stephanie Izard. Chef Boo then moved to south-east Asia to successfully run sister-restaurants One Street Over and Bastian (Mumbai, India) as Executive Chef, bringing a confluence of creativity, warmth and excellence to food and the overall experience. His ability to instill efficiency into day-to-day operations and his sharp organizational skill add to his legacy at these iconic restaurants.
