Mordecai, a bi-level cocktail bar and restaurant located in the heart of Wrigleyville, offers traditional American classics and reimagined favorites, with a particular focus on sourcing fresh, local ingredients. Mordecai's menu is curated by Executive Chef Michael McKinnell who has diverse experience in French and Italian cuisines in addition to a background in butchery. The seasonal bar menu offers something for everyone, including classic cocktails, local beer, and some of the team's favorite wines. In addition to the bar menu, Mordecai has a back bar featuring one of the country’s most interesting collections of vintage and rare spirits, with a focus on rare bourbon.
