Paul Fehribach grew up in the rural Southern Indiana woods and learned to hunt and forage from an early age, while ample time spent on farms in his family instilled a taste for truly seasonal foods that guides his cooking. Fehribach and his partner, Mark Armantrout opened Big Jones in 2008 and the restaurant continues to receive accolades for its deeply rooted seasonal Southern cooking.
