No Name Kettle Corn started in 2020. Owner Mark Petitgoue grows the corn on a twenty acre farmette near Saint Anne, Illinois. He supplements his corn production with kernels from Brian Severson at Severson Organic Grains, another Green City Market vendor.
Mark produced Kettle Corn last year under the umbrella of Green Eyed Lady lavender farm. Mark loves providing a quality product to customers. Customer feedback is that it may be the best Kettle Corn they have ever had.
The product is simple but delicious. The ingredients are simple: corn kernels, corn oil, sugar, and salt. We sell our product at the Lincoln Park and Logan Square Farmers' Markets.
