The Chopping Block is Chicago’s premiere recreational cooking school. We have been teaching people how to cook for over 27 years! Our large slate of cooking, wine and cocktail classes, including our popular Culinary Boot Camp, focus on techniques and the science behind food and wine. We also offer private cooking events (team building is our specialty!) and have a gourmet retail store with professional quality cookware, tools, ingredients and food-friendly wines and spirits.
