The 2013 Green City Market Application is now CLOSED!

To download and fill out the 2013 application you will need Adobe Reader 8 or later. To download Adobe Reader 8, please click HERE and follow the instructions. 

GCM 2013 Application Instructions:

1) If you were a GCM vendor in 2012 you may fill out the Returning Vendor Application

2) If you were not a GCM vendor in 2012, you must fill out the New Vendor Application

3) All application materials are saved in a write-able and save-able pdf format. To fill out the application use the following steps:

 a) Click on the appropriate (new or returning vendor) application below.

 b) Save the application to your desktop.

 c) Rename the application to include your farm or business name at the end of the existing document name (i.e. 2013 GCM Returning Vendor Application Kitt's Farm).

 d) Begin filling out the application. The 2013 Rules and Regulations can be foundHERE.*

 e) NOTICE: When you want to save your work, the normal save option may not appear in the "File" menu. Just hit "Save As", and then save, then hit "ok" when the program asks if you want to replace the earlier version of the document.

 f) Download additional forms (Ingredients Lists, etc) from this web page as needed. Save, rename and complete them in a similar fashion.

 g) Once you have finished filling out the application, upload it and your supplementary materials using the form below. If you can, please combine ingredients lists into a single document. If you cannot combine pdfs, see instructions of getting word versions of the ingredients lists below.

 h) You should recieve a confirmation e-mail letting you know that you application has been recieved.
