If you were a Green City Market Vendor in 2011 (this does NOT include Locavore Challenge Guest Vendors) please fill out the 2012 Returning Vendor Application.*
If you were not a Green City Market Vendor in 2011 please fill out the 2012 New Vendor Application.*
