Chef Demonstrations

A Green City Market favorite.  Supporting chefs from the finest restaurants in the city demonstrate how to prepare meals using locally produced, seasonal ingredients from our market farmers and producers. 

During the Outdoor Market from May through October, chef demonstrations take place every Wednesday and Saturday at 10:30 am Chef demos are free and seating/standing room is first come, first served.

During the Indoor Market from November through April, chef demonstrations take place every Saturday, at 10:30am in the Cafeteria of the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum. All chef demos are still free.
