Ramp Ranch

Yield: 1 cup

Ingredients:

  • 1 - 4 oz tub sour cream
  • 2 Tablespoons buttermilk
  • 1 bunch ramps, chopped
  • 1 bunch dill, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt/pepper, to taste

Method:

Combine all ingredients. Taste to see if dip needs salt, and add if necessary. Set aside until ready to use!
