Apple Maple Muesli Parfaits

Demonstrated by Kids Table at Club Sprouts on 4/2/2016
makes 1 serving
1/3 cup Greek-style yogurt
1/4 cup chopped apple (we used Ellis Family Farms apples!)
1 1/2 T rolled oats
2 tsp sunflower seeds (raw or toasted)
2 tsp ground flaxseed 
1 1/2 T maple syrup (from Burton's)
Put yogurt in a small bowl. Add chopped apple, oats, sunflower seeds, and ground flax. Drizzle with maple syrup. Enjoy as a delicious no-cook breakfast or snack!
