Apple Goat Cheese Crostini

  • 6 Slices Ciabatta bread (toasted if you like)
  • 1/2 cup goat cheese
  • 1 Honeycrisp apple
  • 1/2 cup sunflower sprouts
  • 2 T honey
Slice baguette on a diagonal, 1/2 inch thick. Arrange bread on a platter and smear about 1 1/2 tablespoons of goat cheese on each bread slice. With a knife, core and thinly slice apple. Divide apples between slices of bread and arrange slices on top of goat cheese, top with sunflower sprouts and then drizzle lightly with honey. Serve immediately and enjoy!
