microgreens, quail eggs

  • Indoor and outdoor markets
  • Wednesdays and Saturdays

American Pride Microfarm was started in 2015. We are a two person operation growing microgreens and fresh quail eggs for our family, friends, and neighbors in our community.  We first started growing microgreens on a single shelf in the basement.
Then, a grow tent was used for awhile followed by a grow room. Now entering our fourth season at the market's, we are having a new microgreens grow shed built for the upcoming season. We will be bringing a large assortment of live microgreen flats to the market every week. Quail eggs and knife sharpening, and fresh juiced wheat grass shots will also be offered.   All grown using organic/natural seed and soil. No pesticides ever.
