microgreens, quail eggs

  • Indoor and outdoor markets

American Pride Microfarm was started in 2015. American Pride is a two person operation growing microgreens and fresh quail eggs for our family, friends, and neighbors in our community. They first started growing microgreens on a single shelf in the basement.
Then, a grow tent was used for a while, followed by a grow room. Now entering their fourth season at the Green City Market, they are having a new microgreens grow shed built for the upcoming season. A large assortment of live microgreen flats are available at the market every week. Quail eggs, knife sharpening, and fresh-juiced wheat grass shots will also be offered. All products are grown using organic and natural seeds and soil. No pesticides ever!
