pHlour is a family owned and operated retail and wholesale bakery located in the Edgewater neighborhood of Chicago. The father (Surapol Wongkamalasai), son (Robert Wongkamalasai), daughter (Melissa Wongkamalasai-Monar) trio cover all areas from business to craft. They specialize in artisan breads using blends of local and organic grains. Their natural fermentation process is the key to quality bread and wholesomeness. 

How to order

Customers can browse available products online and text 847-830-1222 to place an order for pick-up Tuesday through Sunday between 10am and 3pm.
