The father (Surapol Wongkamalasai), son (Robert Wongkamalasai), daughter (Melissa Wongkamalasai-Monar) trio cover all areas from business to craft. They specialize in artisan breads using blends of local and organic grains. Their natural fermentation process is the key to quality bread and wholesomeness.
