Paul and Shelli Meulemans began growing for sale two years ago, but transitioned to full time farmers this last year. Wild Coyote Farm uses no till regenerative growing practices to ensure soil health and ultimately create excellent food products that are free from dangerous chemicals and good for the earth, the farmer, and the consumer. The reason they farm is to effect change in the agricultural community by demonstrating sustainable methods that are ultimately better but may require more work on the front end. They are excited about going into our third year as we are planning to expand our operations to include more leased land that has been fallow for many years.
