Bio
Started in 1980, Klehm Growers, a family owned business, produces orchids, foliage and flowering plants, and cut peonies. They are a very small, family-owned business, with the majority of the company owned by female members of the family. They feel that it is an intrinsic nature of many people to want to have contact and a relation with the plant world around them, which can give a sense of fulfillment in living. In an urban setting, this can be achieved through houseplants, cut flowers, and orchids in particular (compatible in both home and office settings). As local small family growers who sell directly to people, they can help educate folks in their interactions with plants in both home and office settings.
