Join us at the market to deck your halls (and your tables) with the best of the Midwest!

This holiday season, we will be hosting a Make and Take Holiday Cookie Class, with sugar, spice and everything nice! Chef Lisa Kalabokis will teach you how to make Holiday classics and international delights from scratch made with ingredients from GCM farmers and artisans. Participants will learn how to make cookie dough from scratch, cookie decorating tips from a culinary pro and how to prepare cookies in advance for the holidays. Naughty or nice, all participants will get to take home freshly baked cookies and cookie dough to take home, as well as recipes and farmers market shopping list.
