Customer Success Strategy, Salesforce
Megan is a Role Strategy Lead for Salesforce's Customer Success group. She is responsible for developing programs and strategies to help Salesforce's world-class talent develop and adapt in an ever-evolving customer landscape. Prior to Salesforce, Megan worked at several other companies in the technology and consulting spaces.
Prior to serving on the Board of Directors, Megan spent six years on the GCM Associate Board including three years as co-chair. Megan lives in Logan Square with her husband and dog. She's an avid hobbyist and enjoys everything from baking to birdwatching in her spare time.
