Locavore Challenge

Culinary Students compete in a pickle, jam and chutney contest using Green City ingredients. After an open tasting, our panel of chef judges will pick two winners, awarding $250 to each! Ali Ratcliffe from NAHA, Sarah Stegner from Prairie Grass Cafe, Flora Lazar from Flora Confections, and Jared Van Camp from Old Town Social and Nellcote will judge. All finalist recipes will be available at www.greencitymarket.org.
