Scraps to Table

As a part of the Chicago Tribune Food Bowl, Scraps to Table is a collaboration between Green City Market and Peterson Garden Project, featuring Chef Paul Virant ofVie, Chef Christina Bello ofPeterson Garden Projectand Chef Lisa Kalabokis ofGreen City Market. This is a hands-on class where participants will use and preserve common kitchen scraps to create a delicious and fully sustainable communal dinner.
Beverages will be provided, including sparkling water, wine and beer.
