Green City Market, Chicago's only year round farmers' market, operates November 7th through December 23rd at the Permeable Paver Lot north of the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum, 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m., every Wednesday and Saturday (no market Nov. 28). Chef demos are free and standing/sitting room is first come, first served.
