Jenn Smith is originally from Michigan, but lived and worked for many years in Washington DC and San Francisco. Nearly four years ago a Midwestern girl found her way home to Chicago and is staying put! Jenn is the Executive Vice President of Watershed Company - a consulting firm dedicated to helping some of the leading non-profit organizations in the country with online fundraising and communications. She works or has worked with organizations like The Humane Society of the United States, the Smithsonian, the National Gay and Lesbian Task Force, Farm Aid and Slow Food USA. When she's not working hard for the good guys, she's enjoying the best culinary scene in the country here in Chicago, shopping at farmer's markets (of course), growing some heirloom veggies in her backyard, and dabbling in pottery. The remaining hours of her day are taken up by cooking, taking endless food photos, throwing any kind of party centered around food, or playing with her new rescue dog, Ava.
