Nick Kindelsperger is the Editor of Serious Eats Chicago, along with the co-founder of The Paupered Chef. Since 2006, he has also written about restaurants and home cooking for The Washington Post, New York Magazine, Time Out Chicago, Gothamist, and The Brooklyn Paper. His work has also appeared in Newsweek. He is a 2005 graduate of DePauw University in Indiana.
