Vegetables: beets, butternut squash, cabbage, carrots, collards, chard,  garlic, ginger, herbs, kale,  lavender, leeks, lettuce, microgreens, mushrooms, onions, potatoes, radishes, spinach, sweet potatoes, swiss chard, turmeric, turnips, winter squash

Fruits: apples, pears

Meat/Seafood/Protein: charcuterie, chicken, duck, beef, lake caught fish, lamb, pork, tofu, turkey

All-Season Long: beans, breads & pastries, butter, cider, cheeses, eggs, frozen soups, grains/flours, honey, hot sauce, maple syrup, milk, yogurt, pasta, pecans, pickles, pies, popcorn, preserves, salsas/sauces, vinegar

Ready-to-Eat: apple cider donuts, chili, grilled cheese, sandwiches, soup, tacos, crepes
